đ¤Vata have dry, light and cold qualities so balance them by eating opposite qualities

đ¤ A regular daily routine, including sleep and meal times.

đ§ĄIt is a combination of the fire and water.
đ§ĄIt is closely related to the digestive system, metabolism, enzymes and glands in the body.
đ§ĄThe main characteristics are - Sharp, focused and ambitious. Tendency towards sweating and feeling hot. Stronger appetite, moderate built.
đ§ĄProne to inflammation, infections, sunburn, skin disorders, gastritis, stomach ulcers, diarrhoea and hyperacidity.
How to balance Pitta:
đ§ĄPitta have heat, sharp, strong digestion so balance them by eating opposite cooling qualities like coconut water, aloe vera juice, and avoid eating spicy food instead use spices.
đ§ĄAvoid direct sunlight especially in summer, avoid emotions like anger.
Are you Kapha Body Type?
đKapha dosha is the principle of stability and maintenance in any living organisms
đIt is a combination of the elements water and earth.
đIt is closely related to lymphatic and immune system in the body and is responsible for the growth of the individual.
đMain characteristics are soft , gentle and go with the flow, stable mentally. Physically tend to gain weight, less appetite, do oversleep.
đprone to headaches, sinusitis, tonsillitis, respiratory infections, obesity, diabetes.
How to balance Kapha:
đ Have heavy, sluggish, oily qualities so balance them by eating warming qualities of food like garlic, ginger and avoid sweets and dairy.
đA regular more active exercises are good for them.
